Fiber drink Ingredients:
Soy Milk or any other milk you prefer *If you don’t drink milk you can use Juice or Smoothie
Chia seeds
Sesame Seeds Black and White
Flax Seeds
How to make Fiber drink:
1. Finely grind up all seeds together
2. Add seeds to Milk, Juice or Smoothie
3. Enjoy! ;)
Green drink ingredients:
Kale
Cucumbers
Fresh mint leaves
Spinach
Celery
Parsley
Cilantro
Basil
Apple *you may use any other fruit to naturally sweeten the drink
Carrots
How to make Green drink:
1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces
2. Blend all together
3. Strain in big bowl with cloth or with strainer
4. Enjoy your fresh healthy drink!
